How long is my data stored when using Knowledge Connections?

When you use Knowledge Connections to index content from sources like Google Drive or Microsoft Sharepoint for use with le Chat Team or le Chat Enterprise, the indexed data is managed by our platform to provide fast and relevant responses.

Data retention policy

The indexed representation of your data from a Knowledge Connection is stored on our servers for as long as you maintain that specific connection and its indexing active.

πŸ”‘ Essentially, the data is retained only while the Knowledge Connection is active and configured to index that content. If an administrator disables indexing for that service workspace-wide, the corresponding indexed data on our servers is immediately scheduled for deletion.
