As you navigate our documentation, you will encounter various tags and definitions used to describe feature availability based on subscription plans or development status.
This guide explains these common terms.
Enterprise
When a feature is marked as Enterprise:
It signifies that this functionality is exclusively available to users whose Organizations are on our
Enterpriseplan.Users on
Free,Pro,Student, orTeamplans will generally not have access to these features.Enterprisefeatures often provide advanced capabilities tailored for large Organizations, such as enhanced security (SAML SSO, ACL Permissions, etc.), comprehensive administrative controls (Audit Logs, Data Capture), or greater scalability. It’s possible for an
Enterprisefeature to also be in aBETAphase (see below ⬇️ for theBETAdefinition), meaning it’s an early access feature within the Enterprise offering.
Team & Enterprise
A feature designated as Team & Enterprise indicates:
This functionality is available to users on our
Teamplan and also to users on ourEnterpriseplan (asEnterpriseincludes allTeamfeatures).Users on
Free,ProorStudentplans will not have access to these features. These features are often designed to support collaboration, team-based workflows, and user management at a group or organizational level, and necessitate seat purchases.
Like
Enterprisefeatures, these too can sometimes be initially released in aBETAstage.
BETA
When you see a feature labeled as BETA, this means the feature is currently in an early access or public preview stage.
While it is available for use, it may not yet be fully polished or might undergo changes based on user feedback, and, as such, is not yet considered a final release.
The availability of BETA features can vary:
Some
BETAfeatures might be accessible to all users, regardless of their plan, to gather broad feedback.Other
BETAfeatures might be restricted to users on specific plans (e.g., a new advanced feature might be inBETAonly forEnterpriseusers).Additionally, some
BETAfeatures might be exclusive to certain regions or limited to specific user groups (a.k.a. partial rollout), and this for various reasons, including testing purposes.
📩 Your feedback is invaluable during the BETA phase. Any feedback or issues you encounter can be reported through our support channels.
