How can I search and filter my audit logs?

Updated over a week ago

The admin interface provides tools to help you navigate and analyze your organization’s audit logs. You can customize the displayed information and filter log entries based on specific criteria.

Customizing displayed columns

You can choose which data fields (columns) are visible in the audit log table to focus on the information most relevant to you.

  1. Locate and click the Columns button

  2. A dropdown or panel will list all available fields (e.g., CreatedAt, Actor, Event, Target)

  3. Toggle the visibility of each field by clicking its item in the list

Filtering log entries

To narrow down log entries, apply filters:

  1. Locate the filter controls above the log table. You can filter by Actor (1), Event (2), or Target (3).

  2. Click into the filter field you want (for example, Event).

  3. Enter or select the value you want (for example, type user.invite in the Event filter).

  4. The table updates automatically to show only matching entries. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously (for example, Actor = HUMAN and Event = le_chat.conversation.deleted).
