Workspace administrators can customize key details of a Workspace (its icon, name, and description) to reflect its purpose or branding.
Accessing Workspace management
First, open your Workspace settings. You can do this in two ways:
From Mistral AI Studio
Click on your Organization name / Workspace name in the top left corner.
Select your Workspace from the dropdown menu then click the “gear” icon to open the Workspace settings.
Select your Workspace and open its settings
From the Workspaces list on the Admin Console
Go to the main Workspaces list page (showing all your Workspaces).
Find the Workspace you want to manage.
Click
...to open the actions menu and selectSettingsorMembers.
Open the actions menu for a Workspace and select the relevant option
Updating Workspace details
On the General tab, you can edit:
Icon (optional): Choose or change the emoji icon (1).
Name (required): Update the Workspace name (2).
Description (optional): Edit the description to clarify the Workspace’s purpose (3).
📌 Additionally, you can set permissions and limits (4) (such as enabling API Key creation or setting a monthly spending limit for the Workspace).

When finished, click Save. Your changes are applied immediately.
