🔑 This article is for administrators who need to create and manage workspaces.
Step 1: Open workspace management
The way to access the Workspaces management page depends on your interface:
From the Admin Console
From the Admin Console (admin.mistral.ai), click Workspaces in the left menu, under the Mistral AI Studio section.

From Mistral AI Studio (console.mistral.ai):
Click your organization name at the top of the left menu.
In the popup, in the
Workspacessection, click+ Add.
Click your organization name, then + Add
Step 2: Create a new workspace
On the Workspaces page, click New workspace in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Enter workspace details
A modal opens where you can configure your workspace:
Icon (optional): Choose an emoji (1) to represent the workspace. If left empty, the first letter of the name is used.
Name (required): Use a clear, human-friendly label (2).
Description (optional): Add context (3) about the workspace’s purpose.
Add members (optional): Add all current organization members automatically (4), or leave unchecked to add them later manually.
When ready, click Create.

Your new workspace appears in the list.
