I don’t need a Workspace anymore. Can I archive it?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If a Workspace is no longer in use, administrators can archive it.

Archiving makes the Workspace inactive and removes access for all members, taking it out of regular use while keeping its data available in an archived state.

🚨 Workspaces aren’t permanently deleted; they are moved to an archived state for later consultation. Archiving is definitive and cannot be undone. All members immediately and permanently lose access to the Workspace and its resources.

Steps to archive a Workspace

🔑 Only users with the appropriate administrative privileges can archive a Workspace.

1. Open the Workspaces management page

Open the Admin Console and click Workspaces in the left-hand menu under the Mistral AI Studio section.

The Workspace is now archived and no longer appears in the list of active Workspaces.

🔑 You can consult your Archived Workspaces under the Archived tab. There is no direct way to restore an archived Workspace. If you archived a Workspace by mistake or need to discuss data options, please contact support.
