I don’t need a Workspace anymore. Can I archive it?

Updated over a week ago

If a Workspace is no longer in use, administrators can archive it. Archiving makes the Workspace inactive and removes access for all members, taking it out of regular use while keeping its data available in an archived state.

🚨 Workspaces aren’t permanently deleted; they are moved to an archived state for later consultation. Archiving is definitive and cannot be undone. All members immediately and permanently lose access to the Workspace and its resources.

Steps to archive a Workspace

🔑 Only users with the appropriate administrative privileges can archive a Workspace.

1. Open the Workspaces management page

The way to access the Workspaces management page depends on your interface:

  • From the Admin Console (admin.mistral.ai):

    • Click Workspaces in the left menu, under the Administration section.
