Sharing your Agents with other members of your organization is straightforward. Follow these steps.
1. Select your Agent

in the left-hand menu to navigate to the Agents page.Select your Agent card.

2. Open sharing options
Click the sharing status button on the Agent card.
It shows one of:
Private
Organization
x people
(wherex
is the number of people with whom you’ve shared the Agent).
🔑 By default, a newly created Agent is Private
: only you can see and use it. If you see Organization
or x people
, this means the Agent is already shared.
Click the sharing status (e.g., Private
) to open sharing options
3. Configure who can access it
In the modal, search and select users or groups, then assign permissions:
Collaborators (1): Can use the Agent, edit its configuration, and delete it.
Viewers (2): Can use the Agent in their own conversations. They can’t edit or delete it.
Set (1) Collaborators and (2) Viewers for the Agent
💡 To share broadly, toggle Entire organization
and choose whether everyone is a Collaborator
or Viewer
.
All changes are saved automatically as you make them.
Just close the modal when done. The sharing status on the Agent card updates to reflect your changes.

Spread the word
Your shared Agent is now available to the people you selected. They’ll see it in their Agents list and can use it in their own conversations.
🔑 We don’t send notifications when you share an Agent. Let your teammates know so they can start using it.
