Le Chat can be used in multiple languages, and so does the user interface!
To choose the language that best suits your needs, follow these simple steps:
1. Access the Settings via the Admin Console
From le Chat interface, first click on your Organization name to open the action menu (1) then click on the Preferences option (2).
Reveal the action menu (1) then click on the Settings option (2)
2. Select your preferred language
In the Preferences menu, locate the Language option and select the language of your choice in the dropdown menu.
To date, the following languages are available:
English
Français (French)
Deutsch (German)
Español (Spanish)
Polski (Polish)
Italiano (Italian)
Português (Portuguese)
عربي (Arabic)
Nederlands (Dutch)
