🔑 This article is for administrators who need to create and manage workspaces.
Step 1: Open workspace management
The way to access the Workspaces management page depends on your interface:
From the Admin Console (

):Click
Workspaces
in the left menu, under theAdministration
section.

):Click your organization name (1) at the top of the left menu.
In the popup, select
Switch workspace

Manage workspaces

From la Plateforme: (1) Click organization, (2) Select Switch workspace

Step 2: Create a new workspace
On the Workspaces page, click New workspace
in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Enter workspace details
A modal opens where you can configure your workspace:
Icon (optional): Choose an emoji to represent the workspace. If left empty, the first letter of the name is used.
Name (required): Use a clear, human-friendly label.
Description (optional): Add context about the workspace’s purpose.
Add members (optional): Add all current organization members automatically, or leave unchecked to add them later.
When ready, click Create

Your new workspace appears in the list.
