How can I upgrade or cancel my le Chat’s subscription?

You can manage your le Chat subscription—whether you want to cancel it or upgrade it to a higher plan—directly from the Admin Console. This guide covers the process and related policies.

🚨 Unable to manage your subscription? Your account may be managed by your organization’s administrator (for example, if your account was created for you by your company or school). Please contact your administrator for assistance.

How to upgrade your le chat subscription (Pro, Student, and Team plans)

You may upgrade your le Chat subscription to a higher plan at any time, regardless of your subscription start date. For example, you can:

  • Be on the Free plan and upgrade to le Chat Pro or le Chat Team.

  • Be on the Pro plan and upgrade to le Chat Team.

Upgrading your subscription is straightforward. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Admin Console

From le Chat interface, first click on your Organization name to open the action menu (1) then click on the Settings option (2) or open the Admin Console directly.

2. Compare the plans and upgrade your subscription

Click the Compare plans button, at the bottom of the page under the Upgrade section.

This opens the plans comparison page, where you can select the plan that best suits your needs (🔎 if you need any help choosing, see our easy-to-read plans overview).

After you select a plan, you’ll be redirected to the payment page to complete your upgrade.

📌 For Pro and Team plans, you can choose between the monthly or annual billing (the annual option offers a 20% discount compared with monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the chosen billing period.

Multiple payment methods are available, including credit cards and Google Pay.

Enter your billing information (individual or company—don’t forget to add your VAT number, if applicable) and confirm to proceed with payment.

That’s it! You can now enjoy all the benefits of your new plan!

🚨 Important: Payment is due immediately when you upgrade and at the start of each new billing period. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your subscription after a grace period of #{{ no such element: super_collections.SuperDict object['sub_grace_period'] }}.

How to cancel your le chat subscription

You can cancel your le Chat subscription at any time, regardless of your subscription start date.

1. Go to the Admin Console

From le Chat interface, first click on your Organization name to open the action menu (1) then click on the Settings option (2) or open the Admin Console directly.

2. Unsubscribe from le Chat

Click the Unsubscribe button, located at the bottom of the page under the Downgrade section.

3. Your subscription is canceled

That’s it! Your subscription is now canceled. You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email confirming your cancellation.

🔑 If you change your mind, you can resubscribe before the end of your billing period by clicking the Resume subscription button (1) and then confirming (2). You’ll be billed next month as if you had never canceled.

You will retain full access to your current subscription features until the end of the billing period. After that, your organization’s subscription will switch to the free plan.

🚨 Important: Canceling your le Chat subscription and your la Plateforme subscription are two separate actions. To cancel la Plateforme, you must unsubscribe directly from la Plateforme section of the Admin Console

🔑 When you cancel a subscription, you’re canceling it for your entire Organization, not for an individual Workspace. For details on this distinction, see: What is the difference between an Organization and a Workspace?

Refund policy

Once canceled, your organization will automatically switch to the free plan at the end of the current billing period.

You are eligible for a refund only if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase (the withdrawal/trial period). To request a refund within this window, please contact our support team.

🔑 No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after this initial 14-day window.

How to delete your account

After your subscription has ended and is no longer active, you may wish to delete your account.
