Whether you’re using the le Chat app for iOS or Android, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly in the application.

How to manage and cancel your subscription
Your subscription is handled directly by Apple or Google. This means that management and cancellation happen through the App Store or Google Play platforms. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you step by step.
1. Open the settings menu
In le Chat app, open the side menu by tapping your avatar (the profile icon with your initials) at the top-left corner of the screen.

2. Go to your subscription details
In the Settings menu, tap Subscription under the Account section to view your subscription details.

💡 Alternatively, you can view your subscription directly in your device’s subscription center, as explained below ⬇️.
3. Manage or cancel your subscription
On the subscription details screen, below the summary of your current plan, you’ll see a Manage section.
Tap Manage subscription to open your device’s subscription management center.
🚨 You may get a message saying your subscription is managed elsewhere. You may have subscribed on the web or by a third-party provider. In this case, manage your subscription on the platform where you originally purchased it.

iOS (App Store)
On iOS, you’ll be redirected to the App Store where you can view your subscription details, including price and next billing date.
On this screen, you can:

Switch between Monthly and Yearly plans in the App Store
Android (Google Play)
On Android, you’ll be redirected to Google Play, where you can view your subscription details and manage your payment method if needed.
To cancel your subscription, tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.

🔑 You’ll receive a confirmation message after your subscription has been successfully canceled, and its status will update across the app.

🙋 What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription immediately stops automatic renewal of your le Chat Pro plan.
You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly), then revert to the free plan.
If you want to reactivate before the end of your billing period, you can resubscribe. You won’t be charged again until the next cycle.

🙋 I want to apply for a refund
To request a refund, contact the store where you purchased your subscription (Apple support or Google Play support) and follow their process.
🚨 Refund requests sent directly to our support team cannot be processed.
🙋 I can’t find my subscription in the store
If you don’t see your subscription, you may be signed in with a different Apple or Google account than the one used for purchase.
Switch to the correct account if possible.
🔑 You can identify which account was used by checking your original purchase receipt email. If you still can’t find it, contact support.
🙋 The app says I’m not Pro, but the store shows I’m subscribed
This can happen if the subscription is linked to a different email address than the one currently signed in.
Le Chat Pro purchases are tied to the email address used at purchase. Check which account received the confirmation and sign in with that email.
