Whether you’re using le Chat app for iOS or Android, you can easily manage or cancel your subscription directly in the application.
📌 The following guides offer detailed visual instructions for both platforms. For readability, Android screenshots appear only when a screen differs (platform-specific workflow, UI, etc.).
How to manage and cancel your subscription
Your subscription is handled directly by Apple or Google. This means that management and cancellation happen through the App Store or Google Play platforms. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you step by step!
1. Open the settings menu
In le Chat app, open the side menu by tapping your avatar (the profile icon with your initials) at the top-left corner of the screen.

2. Go to your subscription details
In the Settings menu, find the Subscription
option under the Account
section and tap it to view your subscription details.

💡 Alternatively, you can view your subscription directly in your device’s subscription center, as explained below.
3. Manage / cancel your subscription
On the subscription details screen, below the summary of your current plan, you’ll see a Manage
section.

button takes you out of le Chat app and opens your device’s subscription management center.
🚨 You may get a message that your subscription is managed elsewhere (e.g. on the web via Mistral’s Admin Console) or by a third-party provider. In this case, manage your subscription on the platform where you originally purchased it.

iOS (App Store)
On iOS, you’ll be redirected to the App Store where you can view your subscription details, including price and next billing date.
On this screen, you can:

Android (Google Play)
On Android, you’ll be redirected to Google Play, where you can view your subscription details and optionally manage your payment method.
To cancel your subscription, tap the Cancel Subscription
button at the bottom of the screen.

🔑 You’ll receive a confirmation message after your subscription has been successfully canceled, and its status will be updated throughout the app accordingly.

Having trouble with your subscription?
Before contacting support, check these common answers:
🙋 What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription immediately stops automatic renewal of your le Chat Pro plan.
You will retain access to le Chat Pro until the end of your current billing period (one month or one year, depending on your plan), then revert to the free plan.
If you want to reactivate before the end of your current billing period, you can resubscribe to the same plan. You won’t be charged again until the next billing period.
🚨 If you cancel your subscription during the 14 days trial period, you may be eligible for a refund. See I want to apply for a refund below for more details.
🙋 I want to apply for a refund
To request a refund, contact the store where you purchased your subscription (Apple’s support or Google Play’s support) and follow their refund process.
🚨 Refund requests sent directly to Mistral AI support cannot be processed.
🙋 I can’t find my subscription in the store
If you don’t see your le Chat subscription in your device’s subscription center, you may be signed in with a different Apple or Google account than the one used for purchase.
If possible, switch to the correct Apple/Google account on your device.
🔑 You can identify which account was used by checking your original purchase receipt email from Apple or Google. If you still can’t find it, please contact support.
🙋 The app says I’m not Pro, but the store says I’m already subscribed
This can happen if the subscription is tied to a different Mistral AI account than the one currently signed in.
Le Chat Pro purchases are linked to a specific email address. Check which email received the Mistral AI subscription confirmation and sign in to le Chat app with that account.
📩 If you can’t find it, please contact our support team, ideally with your order number from Apple or Google.
🙋 I want to locate my subscription within the App Store / Google Play
Besides managing your subscription through le Chat app, you can also access it directly from the App Store or Google Play.
From the App Store, go to Settings
> Subscriptions
to open your subscription list and find your le Chat subscription.
From the Google Play interface, select Payments & subscriptions
and tap Subscriptions
. Then find your le Chat subscription.
