How to subscribe to the Education plan
You can subscribe from the pricing page or open the Education plan page directly:
Go to the pricing page, click I'm a student, then follow the Education plan flow.
Or open the Education plan page directly: https://chat.mistral.ai/upgrade/student.
You can subscribe with either:
a new Mistral account created with your institutional email address, or
an existing Mistral account where you first change your email address to your institutional email address.

Personal email addresses, such as Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, or other generic domains, are not eligible for Education plan verification.

No. Student IDs, enrollment certificates, confirmation letters, or other documents are not accepted as a substitute for a verified institutional email address.

If your institutional email is not recognized, contact our support team with your email domain. We can review whether the domain can be supported.
If your educational institution does not provide institutional email addresses, you are not eligible for the Education plan.
