For communications with the European Commission, Member States' Authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services, Mistral AI has designated the following point of contact, under Article 11 of the DSA: dsa-official@mistral.ai. This point of contact is reserved exclusively for communications with the authorities previously listed.

For communications with users in the European Union, Mistral AI has designated the following point of contact, under Article 12 of the DSA: Mistral AI Support Team. Our team is here to support users and address any concerns they may have promptly and efficiently.

In accordance with Article 24(2) of the DSA, Mistral AI publishes information on the average number of 'monthly active recipients' in the European Union, calculated over the most recent calendar semester. For this six-month period, Mistral has determined that the average number of monthly active recipients in the EU remains below the 45 million threshold. Mistral AI will continue to monitor and assess the number of its average monthly active recipients in the EU at least once every six-months, and will publish updated information accordingly.

In accordance with Article 15 of the DSA, Mistral AI publishes an annual Transparency Report to provide an overview of its initiatives to maintain transparency, accountability, and user protection.
