Whether you’re using the Vibe app for iOS or Android, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly in the application.
📌 Le Chat is now Vibe. Some plan names may still appear as Le Chat Pro or similar for now. These names may update at any time, but your plan itself remains the same.
How to manage and cancel your subscription
1. Open the settings menu
In Vibe app:
Tap the menu icon at the very-top left of the app to reveal the panel.
Tap on your Organization name at the bottom of the screen.
The Settings menu opens.
2. Go to your subscription details
In the Settings menu:
Locate the
Subscriptionoption under theAccountsection.If you're subscribed to a Pro plan, click on it to view your subscription details.
🔑 Mobile subscription management is available only for Pro plans purchased in the mobile app. If you purchased Pro on the web, or if you have a Team plan or higher, manage your subscription from the web instead.
If your Pro plan is bundled with your mobile plan or billed by your mobile carrier, the subscription is managed by the carrier: use your carrier’s support process.

3. Manage or cancel your Pro subscription
On the subscription details screen:
Tap
Manage subscriptionto open your device’s subscription management center.
You will be redirected to your provider's store where you can:
iOS (App Store):
View your subscription details, including price and next billing date
Switch between the
MonthlyandYearlyplans by tappingSee All Plansand selecting your planCancel your subscription by tapping
Cancel Subscription
Android (Google Play):
View your subscription details
Manage your payment method
Cancel your subscription by tapping
Cancel Subscriptionat the bottom of the screen

Canceling your subscription immediately stops automatic renewal of your Pro plan.
You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly), then revert to the free plan.
If you want to reactivate before the end of your billing period, you can resubscribe. You won’t be charged again until the next cycle.
If you cancel during the 14-day trial period, you may be eligible for a refund. For all refund scenarios (web, App Store, Google Play, carrier, Education plan), see Vibe refund policy.

To request a refund, contact the store where you purchased your subscription (Apple support or Google Play support) and follow their process.
Refund requests sent directly to our support team cannot be processed for App Store or Google Play purchases.
Subscribed through a mobile carrier? Free Mobile subscriptions are managed from your Free Mobile customer account. Orange / NJU offers include 6 months free and end automatically after the offer period. Mistral cannot refund carrier-managed subscriptions directly.

If you don’t see your subscription, you may be signed in with a different Apple or Google account than the one used for purchase.
Switch to the correct account if possible. You can identify which account was used by checking your original purchase receipt email.
If you still can’t find it, contact support.

This can happen if the subscription is linked to a different email address than the one currently signed in.
Pro plan purchases are tied to the email address used at purchase. Check which account received the confirmation and sign in with that email.
