📌 You can upgrade or cancel a Vibe subscription from the place where you originally subscribed:
Mistral website — use the Admin Console (see below for details ⬇️).
iOS / Android app — use the App Store or Google Play. See Manage your Vibe subscription on mobile.
Mobile carrier (Free Mobile, Orange, NJU) — manage your subscription directly with the carrier.
Upgrade your subscription
You can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan at any time. For example:
From the Free plan to the Pro or Team plan
From the Pro plan to the Team plan
To upgrade:
Open Subscriptions in the Admin Console.
In the
Upgrade to ProorUpgrade to Teamsection, selectCompare plans.Choose the plan and billing frequency that fits your needs.
Add or confirm your billing information, then complete payment.
📌 For Pro and Team plans, you can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes a 20% discount compared with monthly billing.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your web subscription at any time.
To cancel:
Open Subscriptions in the Admin Console and select the
Vibetab.In the
Downgrade to Freesection, selectUnsubscribe.Confirm the cancellation.
After you cancel:
You receive a confirmation email.
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase:
Cancellation is immediate and your plan is now free.
Your payment may be refunded (see the refund policy for eligibility details).
If you cancel after the 14-day withdrawal window:
You keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Your organization then switches to the free plan.
If you change your mind before the billing period ends, select
Resume subscription.
🔑 Using Mistral APIs? Canceling your Vibe subscription does not cancel your API plan. To switch from the API Scale plan to the free plan, go to the Subscriptions section in the Admin Console.

If the confirmation button stays inactive because your current plan appears to already be selected, cancel your current subscription first, then resubscribe with the new billing frequency at the end of the period.
