You can manage your le Chat subscription (whether you want to cancel it or upgrade to a higher plan) directly from the Admin Console.

How to upgrade your le Chat subscription (Pro, Student, and Team plans)
You may upgrade your subscription to a higher plan at any time, regardless of your subscription start date. For example:
From the Free plan, upgrade to le Chat Pro or le Chat Team
From the Pro plan, upgrade to le Chat Team

1. Navigate to the Admin Console
Head to the Admin Console to manage your le Chat’s subscription.

2. Compare the plans and upgrade your subscription
Click Compare plans at the bottom of the page under the Upgrade section.
This opens the plans comparison page, where you can select the plan that best fits your needs (if you need help choosing, see our plans overview 🔎).

After selecting a plan, you’ll be redirected to the payment page to complete your upgrade.
📌 For Pro and Team plans, you can choose between monthly or annual billing (annual includes a 20% discount compared with monthly). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period.
Available payment methods include:

Google Pay
Enter your billing information (individual or company—don’t forget your VAT number, if applicable), then confirm to complete payment.
That’s it! 🎉 You can now enjoy all the benefits of your new plan.
🚨 Payment is due immediately when you upgrade and at the start of each new billing period. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your subscription after a grace period of 1 month.
How to cancel your le Chat subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, regardless of your subscription start date.
1. Navigate to the Admin Console
Head to the Admin Console to manage your le Chat’s subscription.

2. Unsubscribe from le Chat
Click Unsubscribe, located at the bottom of the page under the Downgrade section.
Click the Unsubscribe button
3. Confirmation
Your subscription is now canceled. You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email confirming your cancellation.
🔑 If you change your mind, you can resubscribe before the end of your billing period. Click Resume subscription (1) and confirm (2). You’ll be billed as if you had never canceled.

You’ll keep full access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. After that, your organization’s subscription will switch to the free plan.
🚨 Canceling your le Chat subscription and your Mistral AI Studio subscription are two separate actions. To cancel Mistral AI Studio, unsubscribe directly in the Mistral AI Studio section of the Admin Console.

Refund policy
Once canceled, your organization will automatically switch to the free plan at the end of the current billing period.
You’re eligible for a refund only if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase (the withdrawal/trial period). To request a refund within this window, please contact our support team.
