Whether you’re using le Chat iOS or Android apps, you can easily upgrade your subscription directly in application via the in-app purchases (IAP).
📌 The following guides offer detailed visual instructions for both platforms. For readability, Android screenshots appear only when a screen differs (platform-specific workflow, UI, etc.).
How to upgrade to le Chat Pro on mobile
1. Tap the Get Pro button
In le Chat mobile app, locate the Get Pro
button at the top of the screen.
Tapping it will lead you to the subscription screen.

🔑 At the moment, you can only subscribe to le Chat pro plan in the mobile apps. If you want a different plan (🔎 see our complete plan offering), please use our web platform instead.
2. Select your billing period
The subscription screen provides you with two options to upgrade to le Chat Pro:

Monthly
plan, billed every month.a
Yearly
plan, billed once a year at a 20% discount compared with the monthly plan.
Tap the tabs to switch between the two options.
After selecting your preferred plan, tap Upgrade to Pro
to proceed to payment.

🔑 Whichever plan you choose, you’ll be billed immediately upon purchase, and then automatically at the end of each billing period. For example, if you subscribe to the Monthly plan on January 15, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each month.
3. Confirm your payment in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Once you’ve selected your plan, proceed to payment. This is platform-specific, so please refer to the appropriate section below for details.
iOS (App Store)
Confirm subscription using your iOS device’s native payment flow (typically by double-clicking your device’s side button).
📌 You may be prompted to enter your Apple ID credentials and follow any additional steps required by your device or payment method.

Android (Google Play)
Confirm your subscription via the on-screen prompt (typically a Subscribe
button, or another payment method supported on your device).
📌 You may be prompted to enter your Google Play account credentials and follow any additional steps required by your device or payment method.

Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to le Chat app, and you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your subscription was successful (see screenshot #1 below).
Additionally, you’ll notice a new le Chat Pro
tag beneath your organization’s name (see screenshot #2 below).
