Whether you’re using the le Chat app for iOS or Android, you can upgrade your subscription directly in the application via in-app purchases (IAP).

How to upgrade to le Chat Pro on mobile
1. Get Pro
In the le Chat app, tap Get Pro at the top of the screen. This will open the subscription screen.

🔑 Currently, you can only subscribe to le Chat Pro plan in the mobile apps. For other plans (see our full plan offering 🔎), please use the web platform instead.
2. Select your billing period
On the subscription screen, you can choose between:
a Monthly plan, billed every month
a Yearly plan, billed once a year with a 20% discount compared with monthly
Select your preferred options, then tap Upgrade to Pro to proceed to payment.

🔑 You’ll be billed immediately upon purchase, and then automatically at the end of each billing period. For example, if you subscribe to the monthly plan on January 15, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each month.
3. Confirm your payment in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
After selecting your plan, confirm payment through your device’s native store.
iOS (App Store)
Confirm your subscription using iOS payment flow (typically by double-clicking the side button).

Confirm your subscription via the Google Play payment prompt (usually a Subscribe button or another supported method).

4. Subscription confirmation
After successful payment, you’ll be redirected back to the le Chat app. You’ll see:
a confirmation message that your subscription was successful
a new
le Chat Protag beneath your organization’s name
1) Confirmation message showing your subscription is active
2) The le Chat Pro tag beneath your organization name
