How do refunds work for mobile subscriptions?

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested through the app store, not Mistral support.

Why?

Mobile subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. We don't have control over those billing systems.

What to do

  1. Go to your App Store / Google Play account

  2. Find your subscription

  3. Request a refund directly
