You're eligible for a refund only within 14 days of your initial purchase.

You qualify if:

  • You cancel within 14 days

  • Your subscription has not renewed

You do not qualify if:

  • It's been more than 14 days

  • Your plan has renewed

  • You're outside the initial billing period

🚨 Refunds are not automatic: you must contact support to request one.
