Why was my refund not approved?

If your refund was not processed, it's likely due to one of the following reasons.

Common reasons

  • Cancellation made after 14 days

  • Subscription already renewed

  • Cancellation does not fall within the withdrawal window

What you can do

  • Confirm your purchase date and check if you are within the 14-day eligibility window

  • If you subscribed via mobile, request your refund through the app store instead
